ABOUT ME

My interest and enthusiasm for animals started at a very young age, most of my childhood was spent on my grandad's farm. At the age of 14, my first part time job was a kennel maid, which fueled my passion for dogs.

After completing a degree in Zoology. I travelled all over Australia volunteering in various wildlife parks and zoos across the country. Previously I worked as Animal Welfare Lecturer, specialising in Animal Health, Small Animal Rehabilitation and Exotic Animals. Teaching in both FE and HE.

In 2023 Daley Dogs was born and I haven't looked back, gaining regular clients and catering walks to the individual dog's needs. I am a fully insured dog walker with Animal First Aid qualificationI also work part time as a Canine Hydrotherapist and K-Laser Therapist at Valley Animal Therapy in Whalley Lancashire. Working closely with Lucy Sullivan the owner, we are part of a multi discipline team and IRVAP registered (Insitute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists). This means we are able to communicate effectively on individual cases devising a plan for their rehabilitation journey. This also helps for those undergoing rehabilitation walks with Daley Dogs.
